The Garden Shed -Cottage Charm

Last weekend was so hot but I thought before the afternoon sizzle set in I would hit a few garage sales. I do enjoy the ones that are listed out in the country primarily because I like the drive. When I found the address I didn't realize the sale was at a house of someone that I knew. I was thrilled because she has awesome vintage stuff and we have actually traveled together or run into each other at some other sales. She used to live in an historic area in town and everyone admired her beautiful gardens and darling cottage garden shed. Family circumstances resulted in her move to the country a few years ago for more space to care for an elderly parent.

The back story on the garden shed was she saw the picture on the cover of a magazine and she asked a handy carpenter if he could build it just from the picture and he said he could. All I could say was WOW!

I am so excited to share it the garden shed with you! (In fact, I was so busy snapping pictures that I didn't really shop much). Sadly, her parent has passed and she will be downsizing and moving back into town. She assured me however that the gardening shed will be moving with her!
