Patriotic Kitchen Kitsch

Today I just wanted to share some quick kitchen vignettes for the 4th of July holiday. I quickly pulled out red white and blue glassware, linens, bowls and vintage cookbooks for July. I tiered them in boxes with cubbbies and hung the aprons on my pantry doors. I left other colors in the mix so it wouldn't be over the top red white and blue. 





The cheery canister set was a birthday gift from a friend.

    I love your kitchen. The great thing about a white kitchen is that you can decorate it easily for any holiday! Where did you ever find firecracker glasses?

      I bought them about 35 years ago at a little pub that my husband and I used to go to when we were dating.They provide a fun memory when I use them at the holiday.

    Such pretty touches of red, white, and blue. Love your bowls and the idea of putting the towels in the clear jar.

      Thanks Betsy. It is a fun way to showcase my vintage linens and I change them when I switch things out through the year.
