Retro Red Iron Chair- Dressed Up

Earlier in my blogging life I created a post  titled Simply Red. It pictured a retro red iron chair I bought for $ 8.00 thanks to a shopping tip I received from my friends Tracy and David. This summer at a garage sale I found the cutest little red vintage stool the same color red as the chair. I paid 75 cents for the stool! Linda made a little pillow for the chair and we had a picture from Hobby Lobby reframed and bada bing a dressed up area in our hallway.

There is a little yellow boat in the picture.

Nantucket Light in White

A little white apron hanging on the hutch.

Vintage hats and basket on top of hutch.

Rusty is in his favorite space.

Hope you are having a great week!

  1. That is an older version of the chair. You did good in buying it. Looks nice in red and where you are using it.

  2. Hi, you left me a comment and asked if you could Pin some of my photos but you are a 'no reply' blogger so I stopped in to answer that you are most welcome to Pin away. Love the chair, my Grandmother had a set of these and they remind me of her. Hers were a soft green.

  4. I just LOVE LOVE this little corner. I think.its great that yellow moves from the light to the boat then the pillow. Maybe some yellow flip flops on the floor ...? I'm from Florida and it made me miss home.
